Yeah great artilce. I read a slightly different version of this in the wall street journal a few weeks back.
I guess I'm a supporter of the "innately less competitive/aggressive" theory. But he's right -- it's likely to be nurture (thus not innate). Women are certainly ostracised for being competitive. For me, mostly the ostracism is ignored, but I still feel moments where I have to apologise for going too hard on serious topics especially if it's challenging a guy's ideas on something.
